For already digitized files, we require Tajima DST files. If digitizing services are required, please send in art in the acceptable file formats listed below.

Promotional Items/Screening

Please submit artwork in vector eps/pdf or Adobe Illustrator (ai) native file format. Convert all fonts to outlines (lines and curves). If not inside the file PMS colour information should follow like separate information. If saving from Adobe Illustrator - please save as Illustrator eps CS4 or earlier format. Depending on promotional item selection and decorating method - high resolution tif /psd/jpeg files (300 dpi or higher) will be accepted. Unsupported art file formats are: QuarkXpress, Pagemaker, InDesign and Freehand.

Please Note: Microsoft Office programs (Word, Power Point, Excel and Publisher) will not be recognized through art acceptance process.

We will ship your products to your desired destination in the most economical way possible given your specified date and production limitations. The most economical means of transportation is typically Midland; however, in some cases where product is extremely heavy, another common carrier may be used.

All orders are shipped FOB (freight on board) from the factory. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or US Customs departments or by 'acts of God'. We will typically notify you with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. If you have any questions or problems, please call customer care toll-free at 1 800 363 9611 for assistance.

Apparel & Promotional Division

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email our returns department at [email protected]. In your email, please provide the following information:

  • Original method of payment
  • Original order number

You will then receive a return authorization (RA) number which must be included with your return shipment. Please note that we cannot accept items returns without an RA number. Refunds will be processed in the original method of payment (i.e. credit card payments will be refunded onto your credit card and so forth). You are responsible for paying any return freight charges.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Merchandise that has been customized. Once a custom order is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled,
    amended or 
  • Special order items - items that are not part of the uniform/regular program whether they are customized or not
  • Merchandise purchased over 90 days ago
  • Sale merchandise
  • Products that are missing the original packaging or identification tags
  • Product that has been worn, laundered or used
  • Gift certificates

If your merchandise is defective in any way or is received with any error, Chandler will gladly incur all costs to remedy the issue.
