When placing an order please submit your art to [email protected] with the Purchase Order # in the subject line.

We require the following file types for these decorating methods:

Embroidery
For already digitized files, we require Tajima DST files. If digitizing services are required, please send in art in the acceptable file formats listed below for other methods.

Photoreal/Epoxy Domes
Please submit artwork in Adobe Illustrator vector format. Convert all text to outlines. If a placed/imported Adobe Photoshop type image is necessary, that original file should be included. the Photoshop file (TIF or JPG) should be at least 300 dpi resolution or higher and the art to size.

All Other Methods
Adobe Illustrator vector artwork is preferred. Please save as an EPS or AI file. Be sure to convert all text to outlines.

Unsupported art file formats: QuarkXpress, Pagemaker, InDesign and Freehand

Note: Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) are not graphics programs and will not be recognized through art acceptance program.

Every product has its own production time. Production time reflects on days only. Once your product is selected, we are able to reduce the amount of working days it takes to produce the item for you.

Along with RUSH production, Same Day, 24-hour, 2-day and 3-day, we are always able to expedite shipping. Customer service will review your options in order to get the items so you can meet your deadline. We encourage our customers to call our customer service personnel and let them take the burden of getting your product to you on time.

We make best efforts to ship your products to your desired destination in the most economical way possible given your specified date and production limitations. The most economical means of transportation is typically Midland Ground. In some cases where product is extremely heavy, another common carrier may be used.

All orders are shipped FOB (freight on board) from the factory. This means that you own the merchandise from that point on. We guarantee that your items will leave the factory on or before the ship date specified on our Order Acknowledgment. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or US Customs departments or by 'acts of God'. We are able to ship to most locations in the US and abroad although individual carriers have restrictions regarding PO and APO boxes.
